Really questioned them? That is, took a practical, realistic, uncomfortable, honest and un-emotional look at some of the beliefs that “run” your life. You do know that some of your current beliefs suck right? That’s no major revelation is it?

When we consider that most of our decisions and behaviours are a reflection of our beliefs, it’s never a bad idea to put those beliefs under the microscope and see if they hold up to a little scrutiny. To see if they serve us or sabotage us. Help us or hinder us. So what are your core beliefs and where did they come from? Did you choose them consciously? Did they choose you? Did you simply adopt them from someone else? What are they based on? Do they empower you or hold you back?

Sometimes the only thing that stands between us and success (whatever that means for us personally) is (a) our inability to challenge (question, examine, discuss) our existing beliefs and (b) our inability to unlearn certain things. No, not learn… unlearn. Some of us have spent decades clinging desperately to beliefs that are either (1) destructive and dangerous (2) unconsciously and unintentionally adopted from someone else (3) under-pinned by fear and/or social programming and/or (4) simply not true.

Here are some examples of each..

1. Destructive and Dangerous. “I can’t have a good time socially unless I drink and/or do drugs.”

2. Adopted from someone else. “I would never buy a Holden; they’re rubbish” (spoken by the fifteen year old son of a life-long Ford driver).

3. Under-pinned by fear and social programming. “The only way to get to heaven is to (insert belief) and if I was ever to (insert second belief), I would go to hell.”

4. Simply not true. “Nobody could ever love me, I’m not worth it.”

The Terrifying Truth

Some of us have believed certain things for so long that even the thought of our “truth” being false is terrifying for us. When you’ve believed something for decades, you have a significant emotional investment in that belief. It’s all you “know” and on some level, you’re comfortable with it. The last thing you want to do is discover that some of your long-held beliefs are the very things that stop you from learning, growing and maybe even finding your way to happiness. For some people that prospect is simply too uncomfortable to consider, so their typical reaction is to become defensive, angry, irrational, accusational or evangelical about their own very familiar and comfortable beliefs. What they won’t be, is open-minded. Willing to learn something new. To unlearn something old. To consider another truth. Or to question their own self-limiting beliefs. And this very common reaction is a manifestation of fear. And no, I’m not suggesting a “daily changing of beliefs” (of course), but what I am suggesting is that when we are incapable of even “considering” another perspective, we have a problem. Most of us love certainty and predictability and when we suddenly discover what we “knew” to be true is in fact false – or at the very least flawed – we can feel incredibly vulnerable, lost and confused. Betrayed even. And for a person who gets their “sense of self” from their beliefs (most of us), this can be traumatic and unsettling. Welcome to life.

Head-in-the-sand-itis

How many people ”pretend” that their partner is not having an affair (when they obviously are) because the consequences of that truth (psychological, emotional, practical, sociological, financial) are simply too much for them to deal with (or so they believe)? So they tell themselves a “more comfortable story”; one that becomes their truth. “Oh, yes he/she is has a big work project on, so the work hours are long at the moment…”

My Last Five Years

The last five years have seen me question almost everything I’ve ever believed. About everything. From effective weight-loss strategies, to the mind-body connection, to healing, to the meaning of life, the existence of God, relationships, consciousness and enlightenment, the role of money in my life, personal power, my potential, humility, love, gratitude and a whole lot more. And not for the sake of being some overly-deep, philosophical weirdo, but so that I might find my own truth and live a life of alignment (beliefs, values and behaviour). And so that I might step away from the influences, the programming, the self-created fear, the weight-of-expectation, the collective mindset and begin to think clearly for myself. For far too long I simply believed what I was told, rather than believe what I had learned to be true. And for far too long I respected other’s opinion and ideas more than my own. In some ways I allowed their reality and truth, to become mine. These days I will listen to, respect and consider almost anyone, but I will think, choose and believe for myself. Without regret or explanation. I can honestly say that I have learned and changed more in the last five years than I did in the first forty. Mainly because I began to ask the right questions, to listen to my inner intelligence (the one we all have) and to challenge my comfortable and familiar beliefs.

I hope you will do the same.

Related posts:

Mudras & Hand Symbolism: Hand Symbolism & Beliefs Part 3

Directv Stands Unchallenged in Sports Programming

Bedroom Painting Ideas – Making your Bedroom Look More Inviting

Divorce – Implications and Reasons

Sociology

By: David BishopDivorce is the ending or dissolution of marriage before the death of either spouse. People opt for this unusual incident in their life when they feel that their partner is not compatible to them. There may be several reasons behind divorce, but one this is sure that no reason is incurable. People should not decide for divorce in hurry. Because, marriage is a pious lifetime bond between two people of different gender and it is meant to be a commitment of togetherness till the last breath of life.

Implications of Divorce

According to sociological studies, it is identified that divorce is the second-most stressful event in life, after the death of a spouse. It is often considered as one of the most hurtful periods in a person’s life. Separation and Divorce is often related with grief-based sentiments over the loss of the desire to continue relationship. These sentiments include sadness, lethargy, depression, anxiety, anger, and other emotions.

The trauma caused by divorce is more painful and traumatic when couples choose option of legal divorce. It adds additional stress beyond the normal cases over the couples involved. For some time, it looks like relieving from a tough and unbearable relationship, but when the anger is over then divorced couples feel the gap in their life and value the importance of ex spouse in their life.

Popular Reasons for Divorce

There may be several reasons of excuses for divorce, but some of the most important and famous reasons are stated here:

1.	Relationship dissatisfaction – Relationship dissatisfaction is a main cause behind divorce. It arises when a person starts thinking that his/her spouse is not according to their expectations or he/she is not a suitable match for him/her.

2.	Presence of another relationship – In some cases extra marital affairs of either wife or husband becomes a reason for divorce. When they start comparing their spouse with current partner and find that his/her life will be better if they end existing relationship and start their life with new partner.

3.	Lack of proper communication – It’s true that current world is mad behind money and other materialistic things. In that case people are mad behind earning money, and they don’t have time to spend with spouse. This lack of communication leads to dissatisfaction in sentimental as well as physical relations and lessen interest in spouse.

Apart from above described reasons there are other reasons also like financial problems, insecurity in relations as well as desire for more in relation. People often forget that all these problems are curable and can be solved on time to avoid divorces and traumatic experiences which is on the way after divorce.

Related posts:

Divorce – Change to the Favor

5 Powerful Reasons to Go Contemporary

Few Reasons to Prefer Digital Photography?

Power Contradiction Between God and Satan

Sociology

Apostles

Atheist

Creed

Day Of Judgment

Evil Doings

Islam

Jesus Christ God

Joseph Moses

Miracles

Pharaoh

By: hasan yahyaHasan A. Yahya, Ph.Ds

Powers of God and Satan, are contradictory to each other. One of The Creator’s, and the other of God’s creation power. But why, Satan is permitted to have that power until the Day of Judgment? Was calculation of God to fill the Hill-Fire, and Paradise incapable to do so, without the help of Satan?

If Satan was able to put the words in the mouth of (divinely human) prophets as they desire, logically, Satan have the power to cheat God and His Apostles, by making unwanted statements in the Prophet’s mouths. In other words, if God is knowing everything, especially about the Satan action and intentions against human beings to make them astray, and follow his creed which challenges God’s creation of Adam, as religions say, then God, Has it’s errors overseeing the words sent by Gabriel to Apostles. In other words, God’s Power is not immune to be broken in the presence of Satan. But these words were broken, and replaced by the Will of God. This saying describes the writer as atheist, and may be blasphemous in scoring God under the power of Satan, which is not intended.

In Islam, as well as Judaism, and Christianity, the power of God exists all times, and interfere to straighten out Apostles behavior before becoming unforgivable sin. Historically, in Joseph, Moses, and Jesus Christ situations God interfered to help out these Apostles to do miracles, and resist evil doings without loosing their positions as God’s Apostles. To explain this statement, the story of Joseph and the Pharaoh wife, In terms of Moses, God forgave him of his sin, the killing of an Egyptian. In case of Jesus Christ, God interfered to manage the absence of Christ, and imagination of his crucifying. In fact, Islam shows that the one who was on the cross, is not the real Jesus, but someone like him, in our modern day expressions, , as a doublers in Hollywood movies.

The power of Satan in Islam is described as a challenge to God first, then to those human beings constitute the creation of Adam’s sons. ( and daughters, added by the author), because daughters are the means for Satan to do his job perfectly. Since Eve, accepted his wish and impose eating the prohibited apple, and having sin, ever since. Satan’s role was powerful, in making Cain kills his brother, for his lusts and rejection of his wife selection. God Himself was angry with Cain, and rejected his offer, while accepting the gift from his brother.

The story of Satan in Islam, begins with the creation of Adam, Qur’an reads about the conversation between the Angels on one hand and God Himself on the other after telling them his intention to creation of Adam. It reads:

“He told the Angels that He will create a vicegerent on earth,(2:30) Their immediate reaction was: “why will you create some one who will make mischiefs and shed blood.” (2:30) By reasoning with the next ayah where Allah asked the Angels, tell me the nature of these names if you are right. Their response was: Glory to the God, of our knowledge we have none. Save what you have taught us.”(2:31)

We can deduce that the knowledge of the Angels about those who shed blood, and make mischief were existed before Adam. This piece of information was observed or obtained previously by them. Therefore, they did not hesitate to ask God, Will Thou place their in one who will make mischief therein and shed blood?” Referring to Adam and his sons.

After the creation of Adam, God asked the angels to bow for Adam, the new product of God’s innovation. They all bowed, except Iblis (the Satan), by saying, I will not bow for a person created from clay, and I created from fire. Iblis was damned by God’s order. Iblis, however, being smart or his destiny to ask: Give me time to make his offspring astray and commit sins. God agreed, and gave Satan, the long life, until the Day of Judgment.

After the first round for Satan, and by the assistance of Eve according to scriptures, Adam made the first sin which was costly not only for him, but to all his offspring. That means, human beings have to decide for themselves, to be bad or to do good on earth. Furthermore, Sons of Adam cannot decide for themselves, and will follow sin path, therefore, God promised to send Prophets with certain jobs, and certain goals, to make the wicked return to do good. And to make those who’ve done good to feel happy and satisfied.

This meaning is explained in Qur’an, which reads: “We said Get you down all (Adam, Eve and the devil, Satan) all together, from Heaven, and if there comes to you guidance (Prophets)from me, whosoever followed my guidance, shall be in fear, no shall they grieve, But those who reject faith and belief on signs, they shall be companions of the Hill-Fire. They shall abite therin.” (2:38-39)

Satan’s job was from the beginning, to challenge God’s Prophets and those who are humans, with lusts to women, sons, and wealth (Gold and silver). This permission for Satan was granted by God. So, it logical to say, that God knows well, the intention of Satan on earth. And He (God) Has to be aware of that intention, by making Satan under continuous surveillance.

In the case of Muhammad, the Satan have full power over Muhammad, and put in his mouth, few words, Gabriel, said when he later heard them from Muhammad, that the words were not sent from God. Such difference has to be altered. Therefore, the two ayas changed. From praising gods of Quraysh, to blaming them, to give God daughter gods, and themselves, male gods.

Historically, according to Muslim Historians (al-Tabari, Ibn Hisham, Ibn Ishaq, al-Waqidi, and Ibn Qudama) The Satanic Verses in Qur’an, Sura an-Najm (Star) 53:19-22, Muhammad went through a time of weakness and compromised with the Meccan pagans by acknowledging the existence of three pagan goddesses alongside Allah: Lat, Uzza, and Manat. The Arabian goddesses are mentioned in Sura an-Najm (Star) 53:19-22. As “ Now tell me about Al-Lat, Al-Uzza, and Manat, The third one, another goddess. What! For you the males and for him the females!. That indeed is an unfair division.”

God did not send Prophets contrary to His will, by standing against that will, where no one will follow them taking into consideration, the nature of these creatures. Satan will not be able to deceive Prophets. But in the case of Muhammad, he succeeded for several months. Until Gabriel visited Muhammad later check accuracy of the late revelation.

In al-Tabari, the full story was narrated in this manner: “When the apostle saw that his people turned their backs on ?him and he was pained by their estrangement from what he brought them from God he longed ?that there should come to him from God a message that would reconcile his people to him. ?Because of his love for his people and his anxiety over them it would delight him if the obstacle ?that made his task so difficult could be removed; so that he meditated on the project and longed ?for it and it was dear to him. Then God sent down ‘By the star when it sets your comrade errs not ?and is not deceived, he speaks not from his own desire,’ and when he reached His words ‘Have ?you thought of al-Lat and al-’Uzza and Manat the third, the other’,? Satan, when he was ?meditating upon it, and desiring to bring it (sc. reconciliation) to his people, put upon his tongue ??’these are the exalted Gharaniq ?whose intercession is approved.’ When Quraysh heard that, ?they were delighted and greatly pleased at the way in which he spoke of their gods and they ?listened to him; while the believers were holding that what their prophet brought them from their ?Lord was true, not suspecting a mistake or a vain desire or a slip, and when he reached the ?prostration and the end of the Sura in which he prostrated himself the Muslims prostrated ?themselves when their prophet prostrated confirming what he brought and obeying his command, ?and the polytheists of Quraysh and others who were in the mosque prostrated when they heard ?the mention of their gods, so that everyone in the mosque believer and unbeliever prostrated, ?except al-Walid b. al-Mughira who was an old man who could not do so, so he took a handful of ?dirt from the valley and bent over it. Then the people dispersed and Quraysh went out, delighted ?at what had been said about their gods, saying, ‘Muhammad has spoken of our gods in splendid ?fashion. He alleged in what he read that they are the exalted Gharaniq whose intercession is ?approved.’?

Al-Tabari continues: “The news reached the prophet’s companions who were in Abyssinia, it being reported that ?Quraysh had accepted Islam, so some men started to return while others remained behind. Then ?Gabriel came to the apostle and said, ‘What have you done, Muhammad? You have read to these ?people something I did not bring you from God and you have said what He did not say to you. ?The apostle was bitterly grieved and was greatly in fear of God. So God sent down (a revelation), ?for He was merciful to him, comforting him and making light of the affair and telling him that ?every prophet and apostle before him desired as he desired and wanted what he wanted and Satan ?interjected something into his desires as he had on his tongue. So God annulled what Satan had ?suggested and God established His verses i.e. you are just like the prophets and apostles. Then ?God sent down: ‘We have not sent a prophet or apostle before you but when he longed Satan cast ?suggestions into his longing. But God will annul what Satan has suggested. Then God will ?establish his verses, God being knowing and wise.” (al Tabari)

In conclusion, if Satan had the permission from God, to be powerful and deceiver, why God makes his job easy to fill the Hill-Fire? And to give him the power even to put words in the Prophet’s mouths? A question needs more elaboration to answer. Nurses spend their time helping others and expertly blending care, compassion and science. Most work closely with doctors and other health care professionals. Today, nursing is one of the country’s largest health care professions with a growing need for more nurses in the future. Due to current shortage of qualified nurses, graduates with a nursing degree are almost always assured of a secure career and future.

Most nursing programs require a high school diploma and exemplary scores in high school English, the sciences – chemistry, biology, and physics along with algebra and psychology. A familiarity of technology and computers is also an asset. If you possess leadership and organizational skills, people skills, flexibility, patience, compassion, a calm personality and problem-solving skills, you may have exactly the personality required to excel in the field of nursing.

Students interested in nursing in the U.S. have a number of nursing programs options to choose from. These could range from an Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) – normally a two-year program that prepares students for the Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) – a four-year program offered at colleges and universities around the country. Masters Degree in Nursing is also available which is required for those who want to practice in advanced specialty areas. Nurses interested in teaching nursing or becoming a researcher need to obtain doctoral degrees.

Stevens-Henager College appreciates the value of education and offers three comprehensive degrees to students interested in a nursing career. These are:

Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN)

With the Stevens-Henager ADN program, approved by the Department of Nursing in Utah, graduates are prepared to sit for the National Council of Licensing Examination for Registered Nurses (NCLEX). Within this ADN program are gerontological nursing, pediatric nursing, medical-surgical nursing, and critical care – all topics that are in high demand throughout the country. In case you are an LPN who has completed his or her general education and basic nursing courses, Stevens-Henager offers an accelerated Associate Degree in Nursing Education program with the opportunity to graduate in just 7 months (after pre-requisite courses). This program is only offered at our Ogden campus, however.

Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (BSN)

Students interested in the Bachelor’s degree in Nursing must hold a valid Registered Nurse license. This program prepares registered nurses (RN) to meet the many changes in the healthcare field by expanding and enhancing their nursing education. Graduates with a BS in Nursing will be trained to utilize theory and research-based knowledge in the provision of care to the client, family, and community. The graduate will be prepared for positions in community health clinics, private practice, hospitals and patient care facilities. Curriculum in this graduate program includes – The Healthcare System, Case Management, Research in Nursing Practice, Patho-physiology, Professional Role Development, Theoretical Foundations of Nursing, Health Promotion & Disease Prevention, Health Assessment, Community & Family Health, Psychological Aspects of Illness and Disability, Evidence-Based Nursing, Nursing Management and Leadership, Sociology of Aging, Advanced Interpersonal Communications, Medical Ethics, Human Resource Management, Organization Behavior and Nursing Informatics. (Please note that this program is only offered at the Boise campus and through Stevens-Henager Online).

Master of Science Degree in Nursing

Masters Degree in Nursing Administration is a program designed to expand and enrich the knowledge and skills required of registered nurses; and to enable nurses to pursue more challenging careers. The program combines nursing theory with advanced practice concepts necessary to work effectively within the structure of a variety of healthcare organizations including hospitals, large healthcare systems and community-based organizations. The FastFlex program lets you complete this degree in as little as 15 months. The importance of this subject is increasing day by day because of the changing social structure and mixing of different societies because of the advancement of communication systems.

Writing a sociology essay is not very easy. The characteristics of variety, complexity, indefiniteness and mobility etc. distinguish social phenomena from physical phenomena. Some of the characteristics of social phenomena are as follows-

1) Complexity- Social phenomena are very much complex. Society is constituted by social relationships. Social relationships manifest in the mutual behavior of human beings. Human behavior is complex and vivid. This complexity makes it study more difficult than that of physical phenomena. It has been rightly pointed out by G.A.Lundberg,” Perhaps the most frequently urged obstacle to a true science of human group behavior is the complexity of its subject matter.” In fact, innumerable factors influence human relations and behavior, of which the most important are geographical, economic, social, psychological, political, religious and cultural. Besides, so many still unknown factors also influence human behavior. All this makes human behavior very much varied and complex. It again makes it difficult to control and determine. While the factors determining physical phenomena may be easily controlled, it is not so in the case of social phenomena. As the factors determining social phenomena are not few and definite, it is difficult to find out cause effect relationship every where. Again, the factors influencing social phenomena are neither stable nor universal. For example, the economic factor does not carry the same influence every where. Therefore, as compared to physical phenomena, the social phenomena are very much complex. How ever, that does not mean that scientific method can’t be used in the field of social phenomena. In fact, complexity is a relative term. A subject matter is complex so long as our means are insufficient to probe it. How ever, if the means and methods are sufficiently developed, the same subject matter no more remains as much complex. This is particularly true about social phenomena. As means and methods in the field of social sciences develop, social phenomena will also become relatively simple and subject to scientific study.

2) Variety- While physical phenomena may be classified into solid, liquid and gas, no such simple classification of social phenomena is possible. Social phenomena exhibit a wide variety of traits for example, economic, religious, political and cultural social phenomena exhibit a wide variety. This variety makes social phenomena very much complex, as has been already described earlier.

3) Dynamism- Social phenomena are dynamic. Physical phenomena do not change so much. Social phenomena, on the other hand, change very fast. For example, fashion may change several times during the course of a single fashion very itself. Group behavior, again, is constantly changing. Behavior on the individual plans can not be easily apprehended. Sometimes one may observe abrupt and sudden changes in individual and social behavior. Thus, a book review is actually a critical evaluation of the book, which is not only informative, but also useful for readers who intend to read the book. A book review is written after thoroughly reading and comprehending the basic contents of the book, so that the author’s task extends beyond simply writing a summary of the book, by undertaking the responsibility to critique the ideas presented in the book, as lucidly and honestly as possible. While writing a book review is a comprehensive process, it involves three basic steps including, title, introduction, description and summary, which form the chief sections of the review followed by a critical analyses of the book.

Title: This section includes the name of the book, name of the author, publishing company and date and finally the number of pages. For instance a title in APA citation style would be:

David Waltner-Toews (2008) Food, Sex and Salmonella: Why Our Food is Making Us Sick. Vancouver: Greystone Books, 256 pages.

Introduction

This is the first step in writing a book and introduces the topic and subject of the book to the reader. It also includes essential details such as the kind of literature presented in the book whether sociological, historical, academic or general. This section is could also comprise of any other information about the writer which could place the text and contents in a special perspective. An introduction to the above mentioned book could possibly begin as follows:

In Canada, food is very cheap with only ten percent of the total income being spent for shopping for food items, nearly half of what was being shelled out nearly four decades ago. However, with the cut in prices, there has also been an apparent decline in the quality of foods available at Canada’s grocery stores, resulting in the deaths of several individuals which were believed to have been caused by the Listeria bacteria traced in the cutting machines of a meat processing factory. The meat packaged at the factory was consumed mainly by senior people and those in hospitals, where readymade food is mainly brought in rather than being prepared.

Short Description and synopsis

This is the main section of the book review and includes a comprehensive and clear description of the book which helps in providing important insight to the prospective reader. Additionally, quotes from the book can be included in this section to provide important information about the work. One thing that needs to be remembered though is that the entire storyline of the book is not revealed, most importantly, the suspense of the book, since this would practically kill the reader’s interest. For instance:

David Waltner-Toews is a veterinarian and epidemiologist, has revised and polished the first edition of his book and provided the audience with an edition which enables us to comprehend the existing and serious problems present in the foods we consume. Waltner-Toews compels us to think beyond the “normal” science in order to understand the “political and economic arrangement” which have a crucial impact on “food borne diseases” and infections which occur due to preservatives, parasites, metals, toxins and other harmful substances which affect the food while it is being processed and packaged for consumption……..

Critique or critical analysis

This section engages in a critical analysis or critique of the book, by taking on examples which are impactful and important. The section also presents the reader with a personal opinion regarding the worth of the book and the crucial message which is conveyed by the author. A critique is also a summation of the book review which could be concluded in the following manner:

In his book, Waltner-Toews asserts the fundamental point that reforms and solutions should be responsible, sensible and empathetic in addition to being reasonable and fair. Incidents which are casued due to contaminated food should be used as a means to realise that abuse and injustice in the ‘banana republics’ should be checked as a permanent solution rather than simply creating temporary means of correction like increasing food inspections on the borders of Canada. Using distinct cases and examples, Waltner-Toews startles the reader, educating and informing about the manner in which diseases and illnesses related to foods, occur in people. He proposes that “we sit down and listen to each other” so that “appropriate models for resolving food problems” other than “farm to fork technologies” can be created. The book ends with the golden rule “wash your hands………..Eat on”.

This essay was prepared by Fatema Batul, Operations Manager for thessayist, ukesayist and hdessays. If you are interested in receiving a custom-book report written to the high standard, please contact us, or visit one of our websites.

Related posts:

Book Review – 55 Stories 4 Kids (Arabic)

Book Review: the Dwelling of the Light: Praying With Icons of Christ by Rowan Williams

<a href='http://www.culturalweb.eu/article/book-review-did-man-create-god-is-your-spiritual-brain-at-peace-with-your-thinking-brain-by-david-e-comings-m-d' rel='bookmark' title='Permanent Link: Book Review: Did Man Create God? It is a private, for-profit, co-ed liberal arts university located in Iowa, and accredited. Both physical campus and online websites are known and well recognised.

Associate, Bachelors, MBAs, and Masters degree programmes are all offered her at Ashford University. For example, business, social science, sociology, MBAs, Masters of Organisational Management and Masters of Teaching and Learning with Technology, are some of the courses offered by this university.

A quick look at the online programmes offered will tell you that their main courses are in social sciences; it is indeed an arts college that does specialise in the arts and social sciences, after all, so that is to be expected. Please note that this is not to say that the other online or degree programmes offered by Ashford University that are not arts based are useless or not worth doing. It all depends on your criteria.

There is an advantage to doing your course with Ashford University, because the fees are lower than most other private online degree universities. In addition, some classes are 5-6 weeks long and some degrees can even be completed in less than 2 years, and that is very fast. That would mean that Ashford University offers one of the lowest and affordable costs for studying at a good and efficient university. You finish the degree earlier, you pay less as compared to other online degree programmes, and you get to go out and work faster as well. Also note that in addition, there are bursaries and scholarships available, for various groups and various types of students, and that might help you should you need aid.

This University’s online programmes are affordable accredited programmes that are easy to do and accelerated. These important points make it special and different from other universities and other programmes. One, the fees are lower, compared to Phoenix for instance. Two, the degrees are accelerated, especially since some of them can be done in 24 months and yet others in 12 months, and yet these degrees carry and hold the same validity and standards as a degree from the physical campus. This makes for a good bargain. I would suggest a recommendation for arts students pursuing their degree online – try this university. You might want to consider this university seriously.

Note that if you want to do more research into online education, you should review many articles and search websites to find out what is really good for you. Cheers!

Related posts:

Boston University Now Offers 8 Online Degree Programs

University Disadvantages

Duke University-culturally Diverse And Eclectic

Physical and Emotional Symptoms of Anxiety

Sociology

Acid Stomach

Birth Order

Flu Infections

Irritable Bowel Syndrome

Migraine Headaches

Muscle Tension

Nervousness Anxiety

Road Rage

Sleep Disturbances

Stomach Cramps

By: hasan yahyaSocial, Physical and Emotional Symptoms of AnxietyHasan A. Yahya, Ph.D

Physical symptoms can be caused by other illnesses, so it is important to have a medical doctor treat conditions such as ulcers, compressed disks, or other physical disorders. Remember, however, that the body and mind are not separate entities. The physical problems outlined below may result from or be exacerbated by stress: Sleep disturbances, back shoulder or neck pain, tension or migraine headaches, upset or acid stomach., cramps, heartburn, gas. irritable bowel syndrome, constipation, diarrhea. Over weight, hair loss, muscle tension, fatigue. high blood pressure, irregular heartbeat, chest pain, and more colds, flu, infections.

Emotional symptoms, like physical signs, emotional symptoms such as anxiety or depression can mask conditions other than stress. It is important to find out whether they are stress-related or not. In either case, the following emotional symptoms are uncomfortable and can affect your performance at work or play, your physical health, or your relationships with others: nervousness, anxiety ; depression, moodiness “butterflies” ; irritability, frustration ;memory problems ; nervousness, anxiety ;depression, moodiness ; “butterflies”

Relational symptoms

One important symptom is antisocial behavior displayed in stressful situations. It can cause the rapid deterioration of relationships with family, friends, co-workers, or even strangers. A person under stress may manifest signs such as: increased arguments, isolation from social activities, conflict situations with co-workers or employers ; traffic jam and road rage ; domestic or workplace violence ; and frequent job changes.

Marital Status and church

The factor of marital statue, for those who are young, we know for sure what make them under stress, if they are in the school or the college or the university. This will be determined also by the factors of age and sex and birth order. This factor also will show your intimate relationships or hostile ones, like playing the role of the leader in what you do or the follower to others. Or like deciding for yourself or someone else decide for you and influence your behavior. From peers, boy or girl-friend, teachers, work manger, or whatever else.

If you are married after a short period of love, you will be in trouble in the future, because you did not study well the habits and qualities of your partner. (This is for both, Male or Female). If you plan to marry after graduation from your college, then we can expect from you to spend a good time in your life. And stress is still far from you. You enjoy what are you doing, with others in your age.

The culture and beliefs factor have something to deal with your role as a person cherish values and morality like other people in the surrounding community.
